Status : The medical team of St Antoine Hospital Anonymous and Free Screening Center aggres to let us do the documentary as it is described below.
Description :
This project consists in a 26 minute documentary about the medical team
of St Antoine Hospital Anonymous and Free Screening Center. It will be
shot with one or two videocameras (Sony VX 2000 or a better quality
camera if we get funded). Before the shooting, there will be interviews
with every memebr of the medical team who should take part to the
documentary. There will be a doctor, a nurse, memebers of association
present in the center, one medial assistant. The documentary will be
shot in several days, just before and just after the opening hours of
the center. "Interview scenes" and other "daily life scenes at the
center" will be the core of the documentary.

Message :
Here are the three goals of this documentary :
1/ To give a friendly view of an Anonymous and Free Screening Center in
order to drive those who have never come to such a center (out of
shyness or fear for the unknown) to go there.
2/ To remind people of the usefullness of a regular screening and
present this process as a simple, responsible and volontary act.
3/ Besides the obvious usefullness of the screening itself, to come to
an an Anonymous and Free Screening Center is the opportunity to have an
open discussion about sexulaity with a doctor who is competent to
answer any questions about risks related to STD.
