After C’est bon • E ok • Rendben • This is just a story Tour with Saison France-Roumanie 2019, I am preparing the next events for “La marge heureuse” programme (“Happy margin”) and I begin to slowly explore the Auvergne region, looking for a place to settle in order to create a socio-cultural venue in synergy with activities already present at the local level.

At the festival “Sans Transition?” from 04 to 11 August 2019, alongside 30 other artists also working on the topic of the collapse, I launched the first tracks of my next cooperative solo, Je t’aime effondrement…: premiere in March 2020 in Anis Gras,le lieu de l’autre, Arcueil, France.

In the meantime, I will be staged by the children of the Victor Hugo school of Saint Genis-les-Ollières, France, during an artistic residency at venue L’Escale, for an adaptation in shadow theater of my text Les contes de la petite fille moche, to be published soon in la collection privée du capitaine, in Les Cahiers de l’Égaré edition.

Bio:

I was born in Lyon (France) in 1979. Following my graduation from the ESSEC business school, I began my acting training in Paris with the evening classes of the National Theatre of Chaillot. Then, I attended the acting classes of director Patricia Koseleff in Teatro Pazzo (pedagogy of Jacques Lecoq). For the theatre, I am the author of several plays including Shakespeare and Cervantes, presented in Czech festival Sněz tu žábu! in Prague in 2015 (dir. by Linda Dušková) and Suis-je donc…? published in France in 2016 (Les Cahiers de l’Egaré).

Alongside my activities as an actor, a author or a director for theatre and audiovisual projects, I created in France the theatre company Traverscène in 2006. It produced several of my plays : Les contes de la petite fille moche and Je ne suis pas ta chose directed by Patricia Koseleff in 2008 and 2010. In 2013, I directed the multidisciplinary performance Pont de Vernon, impressions (Normandy Impressionist festival) and the theatre play Hänsel & Gretel – La faim de l’histoire in co-production notably with the National Scene of Créteil (MAC). Since 2016, I work with Linda Duskova in Traverscène. I played in Das ist die Galerie, adapted from Description of a picture by Heiner Müller, and in Tue, hais quelqu’un de bien, which I also rewrote the text. Those two shows were presented in La Nouveau Théâtre de Montreuil – Centre Dramatique National in october 2016.

I also facilitated numerous artistic workshops with different audiences, children and adults, in France, Czech Republic and Moldova. At the request of the National Scene of Créteil (MAC), I developed a professional training about it. Then, I animated group training sessions for artists and cultural mediators.

In September 2018, after three years between France and Romania, I completed my PhD thesis in theater about “Studying the processes of creation and reception of the theatrical performance through the metaphor of the digestive system” at the University of Arts of Târgu Mureş (cotutelle with University of Cergy-Pontoise in France). I participated to several conferences in Romania, Czech Republic and France. I also started to develop my acting method: Body Hanting Theatre.
